First, we're part of the International Association of Nanotechnology, a non-profit 501( c) 3 tax exempt organization. The Association is a receipient of a grant under the President's High Growth Job Training Initiative by the US Department of Labor. Our focus is on getting the right person to the right job in the emerging Nanotech, Biotech and Clean Tech industries.
Second, in cooperation with our partners, we have access to a great talent pool of candidates who have spent at least 8-10 weeks in an intensive training program, and can step right in to meet your companies needs.
Third, we've spent the time to know each of our candidates on both a personal and professional level and understand the suitability of each for your unique positions.
Fourth, we've invested in providing a simple structure for you so that hiring temporary workers for projects is a simple as making a call. Full time staff will actually be employees of Green Zebra, contracted out to you for specific projects, but we hope you like them so much, that you'll want to keep them.
